Blume is a three-D printed stool standing at 14 inches tall. This stool whose form is inherently organic with its seat being the form of a flower. This piece is currently in progress and will have a felt layer added to the top. Blume was inspired by flowers in cartoons that I would watch as a kid. The stool is named Blume, which means flower in German, because of its form but also because my Oma taught my younger sister and I German when we were little and blume is one of the only words that truly stuck with me as I grew older.
